Privacy

NNY Painting collects the details you enter about your painting project, your name, town, phone number and, if you give them, your email and street address.

Who sees what

Approved painters who work in your county can see your first name, town, project details and photos. Your phone number, email and street address are shared only with painters who say they are interested in your project, up to five painters per project.

Texts and email

We text a one-time code to confirm your phone number, and we text or email you when a painter responds. We do not sell your information or send you marketing texts. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.

Color Studio photos

If you use “See these colors on your own room,” your photo is sent to our AI image provider to create the preview. We don't keep it unless you choose to add it to your project, in which case it's shared with painters along with the rest of your project.

Advertising

Sponsor ads link to other businesses. We count how many times an ad is shown and clicked, but we do not share your personal details with advertisers.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages and tools are popular. It uses cookies and collects general usage data, not your name, phone number or project details.
